Stay Requirements
• Minimum 2-night stay
• Holiday weekends require a minimum 3-night stay
Additional Fees
• Booking Fee: $9.99 per reservation
• Cleaning Fee:
– Rustic Cabins (4 Person): $35
– Rustic Cabins (6 Person): $40
– Deluxe Cabins: $50
• Refundable Security Deposit: $250 (collected at check-in)
Seasonal & Holiday Notes
• Halloween weekends: October 2nd and October 9th
• Holiday rates apply during designated weekends
• October 2nd weekend: 2-night minimum stay
• October 9th (Columbus Day weekend): 3-night minimum stay

Resort Amenities
During your stay, enjoy full access to our resort-style amenities including pool, cabanas, kiddie pool, hot tub, pickleball and basketball courts, laundry facilities, arcade fun house, Social House, and canteen.

Payment Policy
• 100% of the reservation total is charged on the booking date
Cancellation Policy
• 14+ days: full refund less $25 fee
• Less than 14 days: no refund
No Smoking
$200 fine for violations
Pet Policy
• No pets allowed
• $300 fine per pet + cleaning
• Service animals allowed (must disclose)
• ESAs not permitted
